Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using DashLoans. These terms govern your access to and use of our lending platform and related services.
By accessing or using DashLoans services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform.
To use DashLoans services, you must be at least 18 years of age, a Canadian resident, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
DashLoans offers short-term business and personal loans with flexible terms from 3 to 6 months. Loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment schedules are determined based on your application and creditworthiness.
Approval is not guaranteed. DashLoans reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion. All loans are subject to applicable Canadian lending regulations.
Submitting an application does not constitute a loan agreement. A binding agreement is only formed when you receive and accept a formal loan offer from DashLoans.
You authorize DashLoans to obtain credit reports and verify the information provided in your application. This may include contacting third-party data providers.
You agree to repay all amounts owing under your loan agreement in accordance with the repayment schedule provided. Late or missed payments may result in additional fees and negative credit reporting.
DashLoans may use automated payment methods to collect scheduled repayments from the bank account you designate during the application process.
You may not use DashLoans services for any unlawful purpose, to fund illegal activities, or to circumvent applicable financial regulations.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with our platform's operation, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashLoans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to DashLoans in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
DashLoans reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website.
Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
